He is survived by : his wife Becky Malphrus; his children, Gerald Malphrus (Tanya), Von Mingledorff (Jeff) and Britt Fulghum (Andrew); his grandchildren, Tiffany Wall (Nick), Lindsey Haithcock, Jeffery Mingledorff (Brooke), Hannah Mills (Wesley), Zach Malphrus, Sara, Taylor and Chase Kunich; his great grandchildren, Brayden Adame, Marleigh Haithcock, Reagan Mingledorff, Nicholas Wall, Karter Haithcock, Addie Wall, Logan Mingledorff, Landon Mingledorff and Barrett Mills; his sisters, Ann Long and Jeanette Crosby; and his siblings-in-law, Effie Malphrus and Gene Cleland.
