He was predeceased by: his parents, Simplisio Maldonado and Maria Torres; his wife Sylvia; and his grandson Ethan. He is survived by: his children, Maria Maldonado of Hampton, SC, José Maldonado II of Lubbock, TX and Edward Green of Fort Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, José III, Autumn, Joshua, Victoria, Míosotis, Amelia, Hallie and Hayden. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ridgeland Cemetery (300 Ingram St, Ridgeland, SC 29936).
