He was predeceased by: his niece Chasity Lynn Smith; E. Darry Linder. He is survived by: his wife Merideth Smith; his stepdaughter Elisha Smith (Grover); his siblings, Sherwood Smith (Robin) and Lisa Elliott (Warren); his grandchildren, Louie Smith (Brooklyn) and Logan Smith; and his great grandchild William "River" Smith (Lucas Horton). He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
