He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cleland and Daisy Lowther Cleland; his granddaughter Megan Williamson; and his siblings, Jimmy Cleland, Eloy Cleland, Rabbit Cleland, Edna Peeples and Faye Cleland.
He is survived by: his wife Malphrus Cleland; his children, Kenny Cleland (Teri) and Phyllis Draper (Bruce); his grandchildren, Cheryl Tanner-Bolibar (Camilo), Forrest Tanner (Jessica), Garrett Cleland (Katie), Sean Draper and Brooke Finley (McNeal); his great grandchildren, Kinsley Williamson, Logan Tanner, Brynlee Tanner and Miller Finley; and his sister Eileen Mock.
