He was predeceased by : his mother Sara Mathis Hay; and his siblings, Danny, Wayne Hay and Martha Eddney. He is survived by : his father Roy Melvin Hay; his wife Natalie Hay; his children, Landon Hay (Kaitlyn) and Ashton Hay; his grandchildren, Aubrey Hay and Parker Hay; his siblings-in-law, Jason Malphrus (Kara) and Anita Hay; and his close friends, Joyce and Earl Pope. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
