She is survived by: her children, Paquetta Singleton of Bluffton, SC, Shelia Wright of Yemassee, SC, Derone Gardner, Jr. (LaToya) of Beaufort, SC and Brandon Tyler of Yemassee; her sister Yvonne Moody (Thomas) of Savannah, GA; her aunts, Rosa Bowers (Lawrence) of Ridgeland, Mary Bryant (Isaac) of Ridgeland and Janie Hicks of Philadelphia, PA; and her uncle Johnnie Hicks (Pauline) of New Jersey. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
