She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brown and Victoria Berkemeier Brown; her daughter Theresa Cozart; and her grandchildren, John Ryan and Brianna Malphrus.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie "Jim" Allen Tolbert of Ridgeland; her daughters, Karey Bilyard (Ricky) of Ridgeland and Monice Dara (Joe) of Homestead Fl; her grandchildren, Tiffany Mitchell (Al) of Ridgeland, John Malphrus (Maria) of Homestead Fl, Matthew Malphrus of Homestead Fl, Eric Bilyard (Mackenzie) of Ridgeland, SC, Brittian Malphrus of Ridgeland, SC, Jospeh Dara of Homestead Fl and James Dara of Homestead Fl; her great grandchildren, Akira, Makayln, Elijah Mithell, Natilie, Nevaeh Malphrus, Noah Malphrus and Langley Malphrus; her siblings, Ronnie Cutter (Doris) of Ida, MI, George Brown (Sherry) of Hampton, SC, Johnny Brown and Jackie Eby of Ridgeland, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Belcher and Pat Tolbert of Ridgeland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 131 Carters Mill Rd, Ridgeland, SC 29936. A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at the Brown Family Cemetery Brown Family Cemetery.
