He is survived by: his daughter Kandie Medlock (Woodrow); his siblings, Edna Cuyler, Hadress Rice, Jr. (JoAnne), Kenneth Rice, Sr. and Edward A. Rice; and his sister-in-law Nancy K. Rice. He is also survived by Three Grandchildren.
