He was predeceased by : his brother Victor Barker; and his son Timothy Sartain. He is survived by : his wife Janelle Barker; his siblings, Charles Barker (Louise) and Teresa Kitchen (Tim); and his children, Rudy Cleland (Leighann), James Taylor (Robin), Tina Jones (Robbie), Mary Beth Johnson and Christy Page (Ben). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
