She was predeceased by: her father Stuart Sauls; and her husband Elliott L. "Tookie" Cope. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Cope (Nancy), Ricky Cope (Dixie), Patricia Davidson (Lamar) and Wanda Cope (Ernie); and her sister Inez Scoggins. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
