He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis J. Cooler and Phyllis Cooler Tanner. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy C. Butler, Tonya Newton (BoBo), LaTrell Spikes (Ronald), Lesa Horton, John Cooler (Winnie) and Sam Youmans. He is also survived by five nephews, five nieces, five great nephews, and a great niece.
