He is survived by: his sons, Tommy L. Smith, Jr. (Connie) of Cottageville, SC and Michael S. Smith (Christel) of Ridgeville, SC; and his former wife Gloria Rudd Evans of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
