She is survived by: her parents, Robert Stephen Nemec and Joyce Ruth Nemec of Sumter; her husband Terry Easler; her sisters, Angela Nemec Maizlish and Sheri Nemec Miller; her siblings' children, Steven Miller (Heather), Joseph Maizlish and Lauren Maizlish; and her great-niece Grace Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Fairfield County Animal Shelter, 2065 US 321 BYP Winnsboro, SC 29180, a cause dear to Debbie's heart, so her love for animals may continue to make a difference.
