He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Leon Lake, Sr. and Juanita Adams Lake. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Pixley Lake; his children, Christopher "Chris" Michael Lake (Ali) and Laurel Lake Jeffcoat (Willie); his grandchildren, Wrenn Lake, Michael Lake, Isabella Jeffcoat and Alexis Lynn; and his siblings, Debbie Willis, Ginger Brandt (Ron) and Curtis L. Lake, Jr. (June).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Aimwell Presbyterian Church (245 S Means St, Ridgeway, SC 29130). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
