He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Nealy and Jeane Lee Miller. He is survived by : his wife Dewana McWatters Nealy; his children, Sarah Nealy Blanks of Edgemoor and Joshua Nealy of Annapolis, Maryland; his grandsons, Austin and Logan Blanks of Edgemoor; his brother Kyle Nealy (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Jordan and Jackson; his sister JoLee Rinehardt (George); his mother-in-law Hazel McWatters; his friend Dr. Sam Stone; and also Lauren.
