It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Earl Sutherland Jr. (Ridgeway, South Carolina), who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Sutherland, Sr. and Mildred Greenwell Sutherland; his wife Nadine Gladden Sutherland; his daughter Brigman; and his siblings, Carolyn, Norma, Mary Jo, Ann, Joan, Billy and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Lynn McDaniel (Wayne), Billy Sutherland (Helen) and Barry Sutherland (Missy); his grandchildren, Kim Corn (James), Shannon Thompson (Brandon), Tyler McDaniel (Whitney), Madison Mussard (Chase), Caroline Sutherland and Miranda Sutherland; and his sister-in-law Peggy Pauley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Wateree Baptist Church (5856 River Rd, Ridgeway, SC 29130). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Lake Wateree Baptist Church Cemetery (5856 River Rd, Ridgeway, SC 29130).
