She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Franklin Boyce and Lois Massey Boyce; and her husband Eugene Neal Powell. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Neal Powell (Betty) of Rock Hill, S. C. and Mimi Lundgren (George) of Lexington, S. C.; her grandchildren, Lauren Taylor (Robert) of Greenville, S. C., Brad Powell of Greenville, S. C., Hayley Evans (Clay) of Greenville, S. C., Julie Rosemond (Chad) of Greenville, S. C., Laura Johnston (Nick) and David Lundgren of Lexington, S. C; and her friend Frances Gaines. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Arp Church (201 E White St, Rock Hill, SC 29730).
