It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Carlton Welch of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Estil Carlton and Nellie West Carlton; her siblings, Ruth South, Lucy Bentley and Paul Carlton; her daughter Gwenda Karnazes; and her grandchildren, Wendy Green and Jason Poag.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Reece (Jim) and Pam Poag; and her sons-in-law, Richard Poag and George Karnazes. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
