He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred E. Couick and Estelle Jacobs Couick; and his brothers-in-law, Carl and Richard Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Ann Galloway Couick; his brother Jerry Couick (Anne); and his brother-in-law Tom Galloway (Evelyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
