Barbara Elaine Elkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Elaine Elkins of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John West and Thelma West; her brothers, John, Roger and Clyde West (Joe); her husband Melvin Alexander Elkins; her son Tommy Hazel Elkins; and her great grandchild Chase Alexander Elkins.
She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Allen; her daughter-in-law Connie P. Elkins; her granddaughters, Amber R. Drawdy (Allen) and Tiffany Elkins Vance; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Drawdy, Jaidan Vance and Jaxon Vance.
In honoring Barbara's memory, the family requests that donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church of Rock Hill and Agape Hospice, two organizations that held a meaningful place in her life.
