He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Kramer and Corrine Hayes Kramer; and his sister Kim Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Karrol Lynne Kelley Kramer; his children, Brody Kramer of Los Angeles, Bryan Kramer of Fort Mill, Brett Kramer of Charlotte and Kelly Rathe (Michael) of Tega Cay; his siblings, Michael Kramer of Danville, Scott Kramer of Dallas and Darcy Mikolon (Lonnie) of Tega Cay; and his grandchildren, Drew Kramer, Jack Rathe and Charlie Brett Rathe.
