He is survived by: his children, Randall C. Covington (Tammy), Gayle Covington Mueller (Jeff) and Christopher E. Covington (Amanda); his grandchildren, Amber Melton (Jason), Justin Covington (Danielle), Savannah Peoples (Jordan), Melynn Mueller, Emma Covington, Landon Mueller, Belle Covington and Jack Covington; his great grandchildren, Jonathan Melton, Caleb Melton, Connor Sweatt, Lilly Covington, Everett Peoples and Lucy Frances Peoples; and his siblings, Mary Lovett, Norma Covington, Sara Jennings and Ralph Covington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
