She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luther King and Dorothy Beckham King; her husband Fred Robert Westmoreland, Sr.; her brothers, Michael Wayne King and Vernon Randolph King; her nephew Merritt King; and her niece Sarah Allison King.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Westmoreland (Leslie) of Rock Hill, Jay Westmoreland (Denise) of Rock Hill, Beth Wilson (Stephen) of Rock Hill and Doug Westmoreland (Melanie) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Lindsey Bullard (Travis), Taylor Jackson (Brian), Fuller Wilson (Brooke), Copeland Westmoreland (Madison), Wes Wilson, Cooper Westmoreland, Carson Westmoreland Honley Wilson (Carleigh) and Sara Beth Westmoreland; her great grandchildren, Hayes Bullard, Avery Wilson, Brooks Jackson, Tucker Westmoreland, Boyd Jackson, Marshall Wilson and Maebry Bullard; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Prince (Bill), Andy Westmoreland (May May) and Genora Westmoreland.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (481 Hood Center Dr, Rock Hill, SC 29730).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church, Rock Hill or Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill in memory of Carol K. Westmoreland.
