She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Edwards Miles and Woodrow Franklin Miles; her husband Carlton Eugene Nesbitt of Rock Hill, SC; and her sisters, Lorene Broeker of Palos Hills, IL and Delores Charles of Columbia, SC..

She is survived by: her son Michael Nesbitt (Jacquelyn); her grandchildren, Holland and Caroline; her great grandchild Lenora White (Bryan); her siblings, Alma Binion of Savannah, GA, Ellen Garnett of Chapin, SC, Woodrow Miles (Jean) of Blythewood, SC and Frank Miles of Columbia, SC; Spencer. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
