He was predeceased by: his father Ralph "Buddy" Shirah; and his brother Jamie Shirah. He is survived by: his mother Reba "Lucy" Canty Shirah; his significant other Jennifer Vanselow Shirah; his stepchildren, Courtney Revling (Jon Revling) and Gabriel Rowland (Sofia Lamboy); his grandson Walker Revling; his father-in-law Mike Deaton; his aunt Melanie Simpson of Fairfield, Ohio; his nephews, JJ and Austin Brazzil; and his great-nephew JJ. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
