He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Costner and Evelyn Lowry Costner; and his sisters, Cathy Jenkinsand and Linda Hopkins. He is survived by: his sister Susan Sanders (Terry); his children, Tracie Costner, Michelle Rabon, Crystal Henderson and Jason Costner; and his grandchildren, Randy Rabon (Amber), Brittany McManus (Mark), Kassidy Outen, Evans Outen and Jessika Henderson. He is also survived by his six Great-Grandchildren, and his Nieces and Nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the New Birth Baptist Church (600 Annafrel St, Rock Hill, SC 29730).
