He is survived by: his wife Ann Herbert; his children, Michael Herbert of Chester, SC, Scott Herbert (Rachel) of Clover, SC and Amy Small (Kurt) of York, SC; his grandchildren, Keven, Case, Kenleigh, Riley and Baby Boy Small; his parents, Kenneth Herbert and Sally Herbert; and his siblings, Troy Herbert (Trina) and Cheryl Perkins (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
