She is survived by: her parents, Ray Anthony Sams and Barbara Ann Sams (Taylor); her husband Timothy A. Carter; her children, Timiya Carter and DeAundré Carter (Bella); her grandchildren, Greyson and Braxton Carter; and her siblings, Damon Sams (Lucy), DeAndrea Sams Curry (Byron) and DaJuan Sams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Home (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
