We announce the death of Debra Fields (Cooper) Howell of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on May 29, 2026, at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Jake" Fields and Margaret Weaver Fields; her son Mathew Fields Brooks; and her sister Denise Mills. She is survived by: her husband James Howell of Rock Hill.
