He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Alfred Partlow and Daisy Boyd Thrailkill Partlow. He is survived by: his wife Susan B. Partlow; his children, Mike Partlow (Kelly) and Kelly Powell (Andy); his grandchildren, Connor Partlow (Avery) and Kate Partlow; and his brother Gary Partlow (Kathy).
