He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Turner and Nellie Whittaker Turner; and his wife Barbara Edwards Turner. He is survived by: his children, Janet Jenkins, Raymond Scott Turner (Arlene) and Steven Turner (Sally); his brothers, Keith Turner and Graham Turner; his grandchildren, Jennifer Martinez, Daniel Betz, Kathryn Turner, Alex Turner and Kristin Turner; and his great grandchildren, Henry Betz, Lucas Betz and Alice Martinez. He is also survived by his family, friends.
As an Alzheimer's caregiver, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Turner's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 919 N. Michigan Ave., Ste 1100, Chicago, IL 60611-1676.
