He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe O'Neal and Mae O'Neal; his former wife Mary Pruett O'Neal; his grandchildren, Zachary Shelton and Mary Moser; and his sisters, Peggy Goins and Verna O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Butler O'Neal; his children, Terri Moser (Barry), Sherri Fore (Billy) and Lee O'Neal (Melanie); his stepsons, Charles Harward (Lori) and David Harward (Jane); his grandchildren, Kelly Moser (Janet), Lee Moser (Amanda), Richard O'Neal (Maggie), John O'Neal (Kelsey), Rob O'Neal and Morgan Harward; and his great grandchildren, Charlee Moser, Maebry Moser, Henry Moser, Lillie O'Neal, Erin O'Neal and Elijah Moser.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (1320 India Hook Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
