He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas Horne and Ruth Ferguson Horne. He is survived by: his sister Linda Horne George; his wife Suzanne Lang Horne; his children, Ammie Horne Smith (David), Carrie-Lynn Horne Hovis (Ross) and Donald Robert "Robbie" Horne (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Ella, Emily, Alex, Raines and Waylon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Don's name to Blood Cancer United (bloodcancerunited.org), formerly known as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
