She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard H. L. Timmons and Betty Curtis Timmons; her husband Luther Ray Thomas; her brothers, Michael S. Timmons and Howard D. Timmons; and her grandson Samuel L. McIntyre Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ashley Christopher McIntyre (Kaitlin Whitesell) of Rock Hill, SC, Samuel L. McIntyre (Elizabeth) of Rock Hill, Marlene Hood (Dennis) of Waxhaw, NC, Crystal Titchenal (Shane) of Rock Hill, SC and Samantha Hart (Philip) of Rock Hill, SC.; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Alex, Justin, Alivia, Avery, Kailee and Kristen.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (718 N Jones Ave, Rock Hill, SC 29730). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at the Grand View Memorial Park (620 S Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
