She is survived by: her husband Clayton "Buddy" Horne; her son Tim Carter of Rock Hill; her adoptive son Clint Williams; her daughter Kay Carter of Rock Hill; her close friend Lea-Ann Bowers (Randy); her grandchildren, Brandy, Kayla and Matthew; and also Bill Cole.
