He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hillier and Elsie Hazlett Hillier; his brothers, Harry Hillier and Walter Hillier (Peggy Hillier); his son David Hillier; and his former wife Peggy.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hillier; and his children, Brenda Johnston, Julia (Donald), Driggs and Micah (Christina). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
