He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Curtis and Amanda Elizabeth Mackey Mobley (Ed's); his wife Ann Mobley; his granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Brown; and his sisters, Carol Nims and Grace Turbyfill.
He is survived by: his children, Kurt Mobley (Regina) of Evans, GA, Lynn Smith (Frankie) of Midlothian, VA and Dee Eggert (Damon) of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Heather Botero (James), Michelle Mobley, Stephen Mobley (Candace), Martha Green and Mitchell Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Bella, Jacob, Sydney and Oakley; his brother-in-law DeWitt "Buster" Johnson (Irene) of Rock Hill; and his nieces, Sherry and Christy. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
