It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Carol Boone Thomas (Rock Hill, South Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yancey Boone and Stella Whitaker Boone. She is survived by: her children, Roger Dale Boone and Monica Stella Thomas; her grandson Michael Austin Stallings; her sisters, Mary Lou Thomas and Mary Gardner; and her nieces, Holly Kelly, Alisha Kelly and Angie Thomas.
