He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Forney; his father-in-law Robert "Bob" Moore; his brother-in-law Stephen Moore; and his niece AvaMarie Moore. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Forney (Shull) of Rio Rancho; his sisters, Natalie Smith (Germaine) of Fort Wayne and Jennifer Hodgkinson (Michael) of Rio Rancho; his mother-in-law Therese Moore of Streetsboro, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Lewis (Sam) of Streetsboro, Ohio and Ross Moore (Kelly) of Rootstown, Ohio. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
