He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Myers and Cecelia Myers; his brothers, John and Ed Myers; his former wife Patricia Myers; his son Robert Myers; his stepdaughter Denise Wiebrecht; and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly Wilson and Baby Noah Coffman.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Christine Howard (Leon), Cathy Hatfield (Brian), Monica Greenberg (Mike Smith), Becky Wilson (Jerry), Linda Waterman, Mark Wiebrecht, Teresa Whitmer (Steve) and Merrie Stein (Rick); his brothers, Jerry Myers (Rita), Tom Myers (Pat), Henry, Will Myers (Donna) and Mike Myers (Nora); and his sisters-in-law, Robin and Gloria Myers. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Matthew Parish (2580 Berne St, Akron, OH 44312). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rock Hill Moose Lodge 1720 (1025 Ebinport Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
