He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Kaiser and Carol Kaiser; and his son Jake Kaiser. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Love-Kaiser; his stepsons, Victor, James Darby and Mark Helms; his siblings, Marcia Kaiser Bukowski (Michael Bukowski) and Ronald Kaiser (Debbie Kaiser); his nephew Justin Kaiser; his nieces, Alicia Caughill (Timothy Caughill) and Kayla Kaiser; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailie Kaiser, Charlotte Caughill, Dominic Kaiser and Noah Caughill; and his granddaughters, Jalayaja, Makiah, Tatayana, Arianna, Aubrie Helms, Delling and Aurora Darby.
