He is survived by: his wife Carol Beth King; his children, Robert Westmoreland (Leslie) of Rock Hill, Jay Westmoreland (Denise) of Rock Hill, Beth Wilson (Stephen) of Rock Hill and Doug Westmoreland (Melanie) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Lindsey Bullard (Travis), Taylor Jackson (Brian), Fuller Wilson (Brooke), Copeland Westmoreland (Madison), Wes Wilson, Cooper Westmoreland, Carson Westmoreland, Honley Wilson and Sara Beth Westmoreland; his great grandchildren, Hayes Bullard, Brooks Jackson and Avery Wilson; his siblings, Frances Prince (Bill) and Andy Westmoreland (May May); and his sister-in-law Genora Westmoreland.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church, Rock Hill or Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.
