She was predeceased by: her parents, David Brazzell and Hazel Hodge Brazzell; her husband Jerry Burgess; her sons, Wayne Burgess and Danny Burgess; her siblings, Mike Brazzell and Judy Burgess; and her grandchildren, Josh Burgess and Melissa Burgess.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Burgess (Tonda), Kathy Hudson (John) and Dennis Burgess; and her daughters-in-law, Diana Burgess and Patricia Burgess. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
