He is survived by: his children, Kenny Skaggs (Sheila) of Rock Hill and Christy Skaggs Case (Chris) of Rock Hill; his sister Beverly Servetius of Boise, Idaho; his sister-in-law Lorraine Herwig (Holger) of Calgary Alberta, Canada; and his granddaughters, Taylor Skaggs Ambrose (Marjorie) and Caroline Skaggs.
