He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Comer Hanna and Harold B Comer; and his sister Diane Cason. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna P. Comer; his daughters, Donna Bechtler (Bill) and Barbara Zachary; his grandchildren, Sandi H. Calzada (Gus), Brittany B. Conrad (Trey), Mark Sturgis (Carson) and Maleah Little (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Cooper Burns, Wells Burns, Zoey McCarter of Riley Sturgis, M. J, Madeline Calzada, Eleanor and Lincoln Conrad.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Laurelwood Cemetery (143 Laurel St, Rock Hill, SC 29730).
