He was predeceased by : his parents, Clayton Meeks and Betty Phillips Meeks; and his siblings, Todd Meeks and Trina Garrett. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Melisa Siddall; his children, Jordan Bolch (Steven Bolch) and Hailey Meeks (T. J. Green); his sisters, Gennia Moore, Jill Clien and Pamula Everette; and his grandchildren, Damier and Dwayne Green.
