We announce the death of Gregory Allen Rice (Rock Hill, South Carolina), who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 69. Gregory will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Rice and Ruth Rice. He is survived by: his wife Janet Rice; his siblings, Judy Buckner, Richard "Dicky" Rice and Lee Rice; his children, Kristen Mitchell (Brad), Jason Rice (Sabrina), Bobby Rice (Samantha) and Jennifer Fulmer (Jason); his grandchildren, Stephine, Austin, Kaitlyn, Tristan, Brayden, Addison, Madeline, Jessilynn and Margaret June; and his close friend Toby Keith Rice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, neighbors that became family, and his loyal.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
