He was predeceased by: his father David Thomas Millis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna B. Millis; his mother Vallie Ruth Goodwin Millis; his children, Valerie Millis (Travis), Lindsay Hollar (Doug), Tanner Millis (Madison) and Blake Funderburk (Jennifer); his siblings, Gerald Millis (Lisa), Audrey Baker (Jeff) and Sondra Nash; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Parrish (Donnie) and Frankie Broome (Deborah). He is also survived by four granddaughters, two grandsons, many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
