He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Bailey and Grace Munn Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Alice Summers Bailey; his sons, Kenneth Jeffrey Bailey and Douglas Lee Bailey (Sarah); his grandson Adam Lee Bailey (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Margaret Anna Bailey and Jane Elizabeth Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Grandview Memorial Cemetery (620 S Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
