He is survived by: his wife Myra Outlaw; his children, Justin Outlaw (Mallory), Toni Martin (Jerry), Tenara Brooks and Erica Meade; his daughter-in-law Tracy Outlaw; his grandchildren, Alexander, Benjamin, Madison, Gavin, Rose, Olive, Justin, Dalton, Savannah, Skylar, Noah, Savanna, Cole, Amelia, Jerry Jr. (Laura), Jessica (Timothy) and Stephanie (Nicholas); and his great grandchild Stella.
